Advance care planning begins by thinking about your beliefs, values and wishes regarding future health care treatments if you become incapable of expressing your own decisions

Mental Health


Whether coping with life-threatening diagnosis or dealing with the loss of a loved one, Northern Health's free grief and bereavement support program is available to help you.


Referrals can be made by an individual, a physician, any health care professional or community agency. 

Spiritual Care


As a non-denominational association, the QDHPCA knows everyone's spiritual needs are different. It is also an important part of the individuals well-being.
